Working Boats

Late blip tonight after a busy day, Mrs BR has been to pottery this evening.

The blip shows the fisherman’s quay with St Peter Port in the background. The light was flat but the colors of the boats brightened it a little.

We must batten down the hatches this evening for another few days of high winds and torrential rain. We hope everyone will manage to stay safe and dry.
We live on the south coast of Guernsey which comprises 300 ft cliffs...basically it is granite so hopefully the water runs off and back into the sea but, the garden has really suffered this winter so much! Now we tend to sink into the soil and I think most of the grass has drowned!
I suspect we will be able to use hose pipes freely next summer.
