Notes: Awake in the middle of the night again from some noise. Woke and did some yoga, felt tired all day. Did run the first Stadium of Me canvas to my friend Michelle's biz on 31st and Central. Back and sat on the patio for a bit, nice and warm in the sun ... felt like any ordinary day. Friend Steve who lives in S Pasadena was w/ his one-wheel on the beach and stopped in for a chat. Veggies and tofu for dinner, the world in the back-channels is at an all-time high. The revolution is here, this is the day of The Great Epiphany (1/19, opposite of 9/11). Not sure I'll be able to sleep!
