Chapel Point

St. Ignatious Catholic Church. Dating from 1662 the oldest continuous active parish in the United States. Founded 1641 by Father Andrew White, S.J., who named Chapel Point. Present church built 1798.
We visited Chapel Point and Purse State Parks today as well.
Some how my camera will not keep the correct date. I have adjusted it three times. It is starting to drive me crazy. This picture was taken today.
