Shrimp boat is a-comin', No sails are in sight
Ticino, LH 405, operates out of Port Seaton, East Lothian, for Thomson Trawlers,
I believe their normal catch at this time of year is shrimps. You can buy them at the harbour for £15 for a 3 Kg bag.
This is the first time I have seen a trawler actively fishing this far into the Forth (west of Inchkeith). I usually see them on Shipais.com fishing right at at the mouth of the Firth of Forth.
Weather has been flat calm but high humidity and low stratus make visibility dire. Just as well this trawler was not far off shore.
