Man at work

Our handyman Ken, is building a bit of new fence between our condo and the next door neighbor after that neighbor got rid of a lot of vegetation that did a job of covering up his garbage cans etc.  This neighbor is not too pleased but we worked out a compromise and hopefully will have a vine growing on the top.    Will blip the finished product

Fiona Tuesday but I didn’t get any good photos.  She’s writing 2 books now ..I had to take notes to keep track of the characters ...so I can remember next week..

And tomorrow I’m going to watch the historic inauguration in an empty capital except for national guard and police.   And flags to stand in for all the people that would normally be there.  We lived there when Nixon was inaugurated in 1969 and it was a thrill to watch the traditional parade etc.... it’s astonishing how this cowardly, childish president for only a few hours more cannot even bring himself to be a decent human being and even attend, much less welcome.  It will be so good to have him gone!
