A Mermaid Without Hair!

Yesterday, Mia found her mermaid.  All the parts had been made, but not put together.

She came up to me with Isabella, the head and body in her hands.

'Grandma,'  Isabella said, ' Mia doesn't want hair on her mermaid.'

'Why's that Mia?, I asked.

'Because I want her like Miss Tahnee.'  (her dance teacher, who's got cancer).

'But, Miss Tahnee's hair has grown back.'  I said.

'I know, but I want it like she used to be.'

So, the mermaid has no hair.  I wonder if she'll change her mind.

(neither mermaid is finished yet, still got a bit more sparkle to go!!!)
