Time to bake!

Our Genealogy groups are meeting next week to listen to two talks and generally exchange 'expertise'!
My friend and I are making the refreshments for 60 (slice of cake and coffee or tea).
I have volunteered to make flapjack and chocolate treacle cake, my good old safe recipes. We are going to buy the ingredients tomorrow so I had to dust down my recipe books. Have little occasion these days to make cakes. She was a domestic science teacher so I have a lot to live up to, as she is always making cakes for fetes etc. I will let her keep me organised on the day!
