She announced her intention to swim; so after a brief dander to a local supermarket wiv da lads, we headed along to join the throng (approx 15) of wild swimmers. An opportunity to test out the new boots; which seemed to go well.

After a shower, soup and donning 13 layers of clothing; I chummed Her part of the way home and I returned to do a Sunday roast for them there lads whilst we regreted watching England's top 2 teams inaction in action. 

Not the most riveting of games for sure.
