Wide Wednesday: "Local Photo"

I pass this local field most mornings on my daily constitutional. It's been getting wetter and wetter as the days go by - but we're lucky not to be badly off for excess water compared with other parts of the country.

We're hoping that this remains a farmed field and doesn't disappear under a mass of houses as the field to the far right of the photo did. I'm a little concerned as a digger appeared there for a day last week and dug a hole - currently surrounded by the temporary fencing that you can see (easier to see if you look large).
