Local snow for local people

If I hadn’t had to go to Edinburgh, I wouldn’t have had any idea that it had been snowing.

This conclusion is based on the facts that a) Sunny Dunny was merely chilly and damp, and b) I don’t really pay attention to the weather forecast.
