Floral Bouquet

What a miserable day it has been, raining without let up for most of the day. The only highlight was going to Northallerton to have my first Covid-19 jab. Fortunately we left plenty of time to get there as the road from the A19 to Northallerton was flooded in quite a few places and even closed causing a detour at one point. Once there all went well and was very efficient.

Earlier I decided it was time to blip some of the lovely flowers that I treated myself to on Monday. I always find it difficult to make good flower arrangements so I decided to follow some advice I was given a couple of years ago: to just throw the flowers on the floor and photograph them where they land. I did take the precaution of putting one of my backrground boards on the floor first. The stems were then drawn together and tied with the ribbon.
