Bored birds

A lot of people seemed to be exclaiming/complaining about snow today - not a flake in Leith, just dreich drizzle as usual. The black-headed gulls looked very bored with it all, despite the addition of some colourful traffic cones to their patch.

Did some marking, took delivery of the veg box (more beetroot!) and managed to dissuade an Argos man from delivering an exercise bike to our flat. (I did check with DaveH that it wasn't a prank.....).While that was going on it seems a new president was inaugurated in the US.

D also said that a couple of his colleagues have tested positive for covid - aargh. He's been keeping his distance.....
