Flowers from Frances

Last Sunday a courier brought us a lovely surprise: a  bouquet  from Frances to thank us for sharing Christmas with her. The flowers have been cheering  up an otherwise grey, rainy, and generally miserable few days.
The  only other bright spot today was watching, live, the televised inauguration of  Joe Biden as the 46th President, and Kamala Harris as the  first female  Vice President,  of the USA.
