Smelling gorgeous

The mahonia by the front door smells gorgeous.

A day of lots of meetings. In between meetings I’ve made a sourdough loaf. It’s now rising slowly in the fridge.

It was a wet and windy day. The large garden table under its waterproof cover has moved.

After work I’ve cooked a beef chilli made with braising steak. It cooked for two hours and it was delicious.

HtP joined us for the evening and Spencer particularly liked chewing on his bag. He is such a character.

As we can’t see people my sister Angelique had sent us our Christmas presents from them. We opened them this evening. So many lovely presents.
