Wednesday: Mural

I met up with my new US colleague today for a ‘coffee walk’ along the waterfront.  I asked him how he felt today, on this auspicious day.  One doesn’t like to assume a colleague’s politics but when he said he felt ‘reinvigorated’ I think we knew where we stood.  

There’s a new mural outside my office which is pretty cool.

Generally, we don’t drink in the week these days, apart from tonight where we had to celebrate the inauguration.
