Daily Bread

My husband has been saying we should get another bread maker for about a year but last year they were universally sold out due to the Lockdown 1.0 virtuous-cooking fad!
I ordered one at the start of December as a Christmas present but it then went out of stock again and only arrived a couple of days ago.
The first attempt may be a bit dodgy as a few errors were made in the construction of the ingredients. It looks pretty good though!
