A Covid testing facility

I was puzzled by the advertisement for Sunbelt rentals at this Covid testing facility with its sun symbol. With flights suspended who could head off just now to a rented property in a sunny clime, I thought. However on investigation Sunbelt is the  hiring company for this  mobile unit and other industrial temporary constructions. How odd!
