Thow-bogle *

One of the exercise from my "Love Writing" course which I have tonight was to come up with our own "Lost Words"  Thow-bogle was one of the ones which I came up with. 


Others that I came up with included "puttie-uppie (a lost glove or hat which is put up on a fence or wall  or equivalent in the hope it can be re-united with its owner  and premalicht (christmas lights which stay up all year round).

Today has also seen no snow and more thawing which I mean I could walk faster and get some cardio minutes when out for my daily stroll.

 n a snow man (or woman) which has started to thaw
 from
 thow – a Scottish variation of thaw
 bogle – a phantom or goblin  (Scotland & Northern England)
