Ashill Farm

Good to see that Christoph's wandered off and left us with colder, dryer weather. We went out for a walk before lunch and went down the village and out to Old Walls. There's a short footpath there I've been curious about for a while and it seemed like a good opportunity to explore. It's only about 250 metres I should think and it runs between two roads going out of the village.

It started off wide and solid because that's the track in from the farm. After the farm it drops down through a gate to a narrow boggy track and continues down eventually coming to a foot bridge that has had a disagreement with the near bank. Once across that we were on the next road and on the walk, back through the village and home.

My blip is a shot over a gate through the fields and I love the way the sky has come out.
