Cloudage

Well not a wave to be seen for Abstract Thursday as there was not a whiff of breeze yet there was some spectacular cloudage coming and going so it must have been windy somewhere. Amazingly we avoided getting wet, but there is snow on the hills and some cold weather forecast for the next few days. I hope blippers in the North of England and Wales are not suffering too much.

Himself went off for the weekly shop - very quiet - and I tackled painting the woodwork in the bathroom - an awful lot of panelling  - and difficult on the old knees and back to squeeze in impossible places behind the loo and the radiator but it's starting to look nice.

Too nice a day to remain inside for long and we did the circuit major in the afternoon - cyclists, walkers, the bull and the scallop man all in evidence.

A watching recommendation - we just finished Lupin (Netflix) about a gentleman burglar. Being French everyone is madly chic and the main man is impossibly handsome and charismatic. But very different and enjoyable. 

And doesn't everything suddenly feel lighter today.
