The sky downwards

Today I was going to go for a run again but decided to stay in bed instead. I started watching a film on how to ride a motorbike well (a twist of the wrist) which was really fun, until my laptop decided to freeze and lose my place.

Today I did no work, but we had the staff-student liaison committee today which I took minutes for, then a lecture on economics.

Back home I made flapjacks with bran, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, dates and raisins. Yum!
