Lord Armstrong and the Civic Centre Seahorses

I bipped the statue of Lord Armstrong last month. Here's another shot with the civic centre tower also in frame. Seahorses feature on the Newcastle coat-of-arms, a reminder that Newcastle is a sea port. There are 12 on top of the civic centre tower, each 1.4m high and 1.6m wide.
