Q, whilst looking quite happy here is about to tell me off for sneaking up on him and taking his photo.

Kids have been "zooming" their friends today - it was nice to hear them having conversations, it almost felt normal.

I have found today more of a struggle, and totally exhausted by the end of it.  Evening walk with Barley has cleared my head and Im hoping tomorrow im back on track.

Nice run at lunch time - but of a hilly one and i was pleased with the speed that i ran it.
