Real Bird & Metalbird

A yellow-bellied sapsucker just above one of my now three Metalbirds. I have this Carolina wren, a great-horned owl, and a red-bellied woodpecker. The sapsucker, meanwhile, is one of our woodpeckers. They winter here and disappear in the spring for places further north where they breed. They do actually make holes in trees for the purpose of getting sap.
