Discarded apple

Looks like someone didn't want this apple, didn't enjoy it, or maybe it fell from a shopping bag? Who knows...

Work was quietish and my day was ok. The weather was good. I'm so happy that the days are getting longer now, by the way! Spring is getting closer and closer... :)

I have a new challenge for a cake. A friend of mine has asked me to make a cake shaped like a penguin! Really looking forward to making it!

Not much excitement happening today. The only bizarre thing I came across was this man who was dancing away in the Royal Mile, on his own, with no music... or maybe he had small headphones on, I don't know... but he seemed happy enough!

Baking this evening. I'm making a tiramisu cake for a friend of mine whose birthday is at the weekend!
