Peace walls?

This day in 2008 I witnessed an irony.
I had been involved in developing shared integrated schools across n ireland for 14 years...schools where Catholic and Protestant children could be educated together... When the government decided they would build a so called "peace wall' in the school grounds!
A dividing 3 metre wall in the grounds of a shared school!
We have 90 such walls here.. But in a shared school grounds......
