Big Wheel

There is a Gypsy fair setting up in the park opposite and we passed it this morning on our way out for a stagger with a friend. 
The "Ferris" wheel was invented in in 1893 by a bloke called George Washington Gale Ferris Jr. for the Worlds Colombian Exposition in Chicago.  Thanks to Mrs 'G' and Wikipedia for this informative gem. It's been a lovely day and somehow "feels" more lovelier than usual and even time for a fair.....but greeted a lovely Wheaten called 'Molly' on the walk instead.(Extra)
