Daisy .....

..... at the Barbican.

Today I've spent the day wandering around London from one gallery to another with my dad. We started off at the Photographers gallery and although it might not get him a job writing for the Guardian's Art&design section, my dad's review of the work on diplay there at the moment was fairly accurate.

~ " It's all a load of old cobblers isn't it !"

We then had a nice pub steak lunch followed by a walk around China town before resuming our day of culture. Next stop was the National portrait gallery where I had fun trying to explain some of the work to my dad including Mark Quinn's 'Self'. Overall he enjoyed the portrait gallery especially the photo realist pieces. The Tate Modern got a similar response to the work at the Photographers gallery and the prices in the cafe on the top floor got a slighly swearier ( is that a proper word ? ) reaction.

Last stop of the day was the Barbican to take my dad to see the rain room, but the queue was even longer than the last time I visited. Whilst at the Barbican I spotted Daisy who was there filming a music video of some sort and asked her for a photo, so today's blip is .....

..... Daisy at the Barbican.
