A January Crocus for Flower Friday

A beautiful sunny morning for a walk in the park and to the church in Aylesbury.  The parish church, St Marys,  is undergoing considerable renovation involving strengthening the walls and reconditioning stained glass windows.

In the garden some brave little crocus flowers are appearing, struggling through our our cold sticky clay soil. A sign of a new season.
