Winter sky

A very dramatic winter sky this afternoon illuminating the Horse Chestnut trees lining Chobham recreation ground. The weather forecast suggests we might see snow on Sunday but not for long and probably not settling. In the meantime it was bracing to be out for a walk on a winter's day when the leaves may have been brown but the sky wasn't grey.
