Capelaw Hill, Pentlands

Another Friday - and unbelievably, yet another completely stunning day of winter-walking in the Pentlands! Loads of fresh snow, bright sunshine, minimal wind ... wonderful conditions, in every way :-)

We started over at Bonaly; up to and around White Hill plantation; onto the summit of Capelaw Hill; down to Phantom's Cleugh; then back along to Bonaly.

Main snap shows 'R' descending Capelaw Hill - with not another soul in sight!; 1st extra shows 'M' looking over to Allermuir Hill as we climbed up to Capelaw; 2nd extra is taken from near the top of Capelaw - looking West out over and past Bonaly Reservoir.
