Alder?

A super morning, just for a change.
We waited until the worst of the frost had melted and then had a two hour walk round some of the bits of town that we don't often see.
The extra is Batchley Brook. As one would expect, it's running a bit faster than usual.
The Catkins are on the bank of Batchley pool which is just about the size of a village duck pond, sited just in front of a row of (mostly closed) shops.
