This stamp, issued in 1982 shows information technology from carved hieroglyphs, printed books to early personal computers. In 1982 the Commodore 64 was released, and went on to be the most popular computer of all time (if you count things a certain way). I got mine, but not in 1982, that would have been 1983 when the price had fallen quite a bit as the 8-bit computer price war raged in the UK.
I was off again today (using a computer), but I spent most of the day finishing off bits and bobs from work, so I didn't forget to day, and I did do some work, though not a lot.
