The good news today is the laptop is back in action.

Just off to copy all my crap onto my external HD, as I'm a couple of months behind - and after today, I don't want the panic of thinking I've lost everything again!

Wish I could've been bothered to take my tripod with me tonight - would have made a huge difference.
