Long shadows

Half day at work today. Took the afternoon off to go for a socially distanced walk with a friend. It was good to catch up as I hadn't seen her since before Christmas. And she's the first person I've spoken to in the flesh for well over a week. I've had plenty of video chats. There are just few opportunities for in person, what I call 3D chats, at the moment. What an odd world we live in just now.

Our walk took us to Inverleith Park where the view across the city towards the castle and Arthur's Seat is always wonderful, and the shadows were long.
