It’s Wine!

For those who remember that far back I blipped a couple of photos of the wine making process. Rachelle’s Spanish grapes and a few months later and we have ourselves a half decent bottle of wine. It has distinctive berry notes and is low in tannins so quite a light wine, not full bodied but eminently drinkable - I am a little surprised as we don’t exactly live in a wine region but it seems these grapes were good enough to produce something drinkable. Daniel did the label design and the name reflects the road names for Rachelle and the DC winery. Otherwise enjoyed speaking to Kevin and didn’t enjoy watching Liverpool. Really enjoyed the inauguration with some relief that the last 4 years has come to a close - now to get past Covid! Still - we can drink wine in the meantime.
