Some of you know I co-ordinate a group of knitters who knit for charity. A local doctor asked for pairs of hearts to take to Airedale hospital. I believe one is given to a seriously ill patient and the matching one is given to a relative so they have a ‘token’ to focus on given there is no visiting. Apparently they were running short.

I have managed 7 pairs this week and will get more done tomorrow, and I’ve had 13 given to me from neighbours, have 16 in the post to me and am picking up some more tomorrow from a friend, and hopefully some more on Sunday. So with luck will have at least 50 pairs to donate.

It is late, and I was blipless so you get a poor photo of two of the pairs I’ve knit as today’s blip.

Heard from the garage today and it seems it is the fuel pump that is at fault on the car, but good news is we have been given a courtesy car until they get it fixed!
