Only a little bit demolished since my last visit – that last remnant of the Hair and Beauty area.

Back worse in the morning than yesterday, but I did manage to cycle. Felt much better for the cycle home, via the Longman and the Aldi. Met and had a blether with M and her wee spaniel, on the way out of the Campus. He didn't say much.
