Go Forth to the Pentlands and Beyond

After a much needed 13 hour sleep, blew away the cobwebs down at Charlestown this afternoon for a wee walk along the coast with the family.
Home and caught up with my nieces for some Nintendo Switch Mario Kart and now it’s time to light up the fire in the back garden and savour some chill time and Neck Oil.
Long run can wait until tomorrow morning now.
