A Momentary Light Show

.... just as we were coming out of the forest towards the sunshine and wind on the summit ridge above La Follieuse, Morgins. The wind was so strong it created updrafts of snowflakes (you can see them, looking like black dots flying in the air) off the trees just at the right moment! A wonderful ski randonnée but no waiting around on the top, straight down out of the wind and home to see son and wife who had gone sledging this morning and had a great time. By 3pm it was snowing again, perfect time for a nap!
