Surgeon's Delight

Council tree surgeons are due next week to tackle the trees hanging across the lane from unclaimed land and threatening fences, cars and houses opposite.  The telecom and power cables should make it interesting.  It's only a few weeks since someone in the lane hired 'Harry' (mobile phone only and no address, VAT number or insurance) to tidy up some trees and, as a bonus, fell the telecom wires to 20 houses.
