Surfing

A fabulous day. Started with early morning run (as I try and regain some fitness). Then we all went out to hills, sledging but too slow as just dug into snow forest walk, a tantrum caused by cold wet feet. Recovery take out coffee and cookies. Followed by beach walk. Frost and ice on the shore. Lots of surfers if you look closely you can see them waiting for the big waves. Kids were fascinated with the ice and no tantrums when up to knees in icy water!. The light was fantastic today. Great to be out enjoying this fantastic weather. A proper beautiful winter's day.
