Enforced Rest

I keep thinking I should put my feet up more, now I have no choice. Bit of a mishap on my run this morning after catching my foot on the edging of a grass verge and internally rotating it way further than it was ever meant to go. Ouch!! It took me a good few minutes before I could get up again, thankfully I was only 5 minutes from home, and I manage to get back. The first time I've been glad of the kids homeschooling, for their help and their hugs. Pretty certain it's just soft tissue damage but that's me not doing much in my time off. A day of reading and knitting with my feet up.
