Brighter Days...

Suddenly the sun burst across the horizon and Karen and I were lucky enough to witness this stunning scene.

Despite the bitter, biting north wind, we were transfixed for some moments. Nature will continue to perform such feats long after we’ve wiped ourselves from this planet. I find amazing comfort in this fact.
