White Breasted Nuthatch

Today was a bright sunny day. With the sunshine came cold temperatures and wind chills in the -15C range. I got out for some walks today but kept them a bit shorter as it was too cold to stay out for long. The birds seemed to be hungry and came to my hand for peanuts the only problem was my hand got too cold too quickly. This white breasted nuthatch was quite happy with the peanut offering
