In honour of Apollos Mussin-Pushkin and MissROsie
Spotted this lovely Puschkinia scilloides today. I didn't see the ant until I uploaded the photo. :-) Apparently the genus Puschkinia was named after the Russian botanist Appollos Apollosevich Mussin-Pushkin.
We're off to MissROsie's release party tonight!
One year ago: A dandelion's horizon.
Btw: This is the eighth flower shot in a row. Spring must have sprung!
Cheers/Z
