Iced water

I’m living on iced water.
Hot day today and the week ahead is going to be near 30 degrees every day.
I just wilt on these days and more or less have a constant headache.
My age has something to do with it and I’ve got an appointment on Friday with a highly recommended Naturapath who specialises in hormonal health. I’m so hoping that she can help me!!
