Dreadful night hardly any sleep
Woke feeling really breathless
Peak flow down again but sats ok
i will ring my doc in the morning cos the last thing i want is a strange emergency doc to automatically think Covid and send me to hospital
It is so typical of a COPD flare that i'm sure thats what is it 
Dangerous but not as bad as going into a packed pandemic hospital......
On the bright side my diet is going well 4.5 pounds down over the last 3 weeks
