Mushrooms?

This morning, when I was driving to a meeting, I saw some of these artificial mushrooms on the side of the street. I thought they brightened up the gloomy morning and decided that I would photograph them after work when I had more time. I remembered to do that and this is how they look, although these ones are not so bright any more. In reality they are ventilation outlets for manholes that connect the hot water pipes.

Later we went to the big book fare in "Perlan". They sell so many books there, it's unbelievable. I bought three more philosophy books. I'd better get back to reading now...
