Sunlight

We woke to temperatures of almost minus 5 and it really hasn't got above zero all day.

However when I first came downstairs, the sunlight was hitting the tips of the bushes against the fence.

No walk today - far too cold for us wimps - so it's been the giant crossword in the Sunday Herald and then a first shot at my (very) early birthday present from C - an online photography course on indoor/still life projects.   I'm looking forward to experimenting.  I might yet learn more about some of the features I never use on the camera!!
